about usPaul, Nicole and Leslie Weston

Leslie, Paul and Nicole Weston have owned, bred and shown Appaloosas successfully in the USA from 1990 until 2008, when they moved to Wagga Wagga, NSW. In the USA, they were top breeders and exhibiters of Appaloosa performance horses for over 20 years. Some of their well known home breds include the famous Irish Impulse, leading Appaloosa pleasure horse winner of 14 straight national and world titles, shown by Mark Shaffer; Zippin Downtown, Zip to Conclusions, Emerald Impulse, A Spot of Scotch, Zip to Mahogany, Zip's Touch of Class, Way Cool Wheels, Zip's Little Miracle, Zip's Snowstorm, One Chip Down, among others.

Paul and Leslie have won numerous breeders awards from the ApHC and produced world, national and futurity champions in performance and halter. Check out the article published in the Appaloosa Journal in the USA, describing our program and our recent move to Australia! In late 2008, Leslie imported her best young homebred stallion, Time To Be Radical, to continue our breeding program in Australia. At just 4 years of age, Theo hit the ground running, and finished his training with Kyle and Kristy Mobberley in early 2009, also breeding and settling 5 mares just 6 weeks after arrival. These foals are now riding and winning!

Although our breeding program is small, we focus on breeding only top quality performance horses for your pleasure. With several lovely mares from top-producing AQHA and AAA performance lines, we feature the lines of Radical Rodder, Scotch Bar Time, Zip’s Chocolate Chip, and Prince Plaudit in our breeding programs. These stallions were prepotent for producing great temperaments, great athletes and versatility in performance classes, and these qualities have been passed down to our mares and their foals.
